Leslie Temple-Thurston is a teacher of enlightenment. At her events she shares time in meditation and discussion, and transmits a healing energy, which is uplifting, profound and enduring. She presents unique spiritual principles, helping us on a fast path to experiencing unity consciousness while living and working in the world.

June 3, 2004--Leslie Temple-Thurston is a teacher of enlightenment. At her events, called Darshans, a Sanskrit word meaning the giving of a blessing, she brings forward a diverse variety of unique teachings and gifts. While sharing time in relaxation, meditation and discussion, she offers a transmission of unconditional love and healing energy, which is uplifting, profound and enduring. Sometimes called grace, it is also known in the East as shakti.

During lively discussions with participants, Leslie presents spiritual principles. Based in the ancient teachings of yoga and in spiritual psychology, her unique approach focuses on egoic clearing. For these extraordinarily accelerated times, Leslie has developed simple, practical exercises for clearing the shadow aspects of our personality. This helps us on a fast path to knowing our wholeness and to living in unity consciousness. By using these simple tools, we become highly functional, grounded, heart-centered, abundant, and courageous, and we awaken to the truth of our eternal, spiritual nature.

Leslie is a spiritual guide and mentor to hundreds of awakening souls worldwide. In 1988, she experienced the complete dissolution of her old identity and a profound spiritual awakening. Now she offers her eclectic, yogic-influenced approach to Western enlightenment at public events in the U.S., South Africa and abroad. She is the author of The Marriage of SpiritEnlightened Living in Todays World and Returning to Oneness The Seven Keys of Ascension. She lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
